Presenting Adportas RecKall 9, the newest version of our voice recording system for Cisco UC.

From now on, Adportas RecKall 9 allows you to manage and include audio announcements within all
extensions registered in the system, permanently or on-demand.

  • Adportas RecKall 9 incorporates new provisioning tools that optimize extension management directly from the CUCM and Microsoft Active Directory which streamlines internal processes.
  • We have included new recording codecs increasing the options for each project and new recordings editing and playback options for supervisors and area managers.
  • We understand the importance of supervising and improving customer service so we have incorporated Contact Center features such as Silent Monitoring which enables supervisors to listen to conversations without being noticed.
  • Adportas RecKall 9 records telephone conversations and allows listening to each audio channel separately as well as visualizing audio waves for each stream for recording quality purposes.
  • Adportas RecKall 9 records screen activity every time a phone call is received or generated synchronizing its audio and video files and attaching them to the application for future playback or download from the user web interface.
Network-Based Recording

Recording of the flow coming from the Cisco CUBE into any registered extension in the system. It allows the recording of video calls via SPAN from camera-equipped Cisco IP phones, auto-attendant Totems, Softphones, among others.

Cisco Broadsoft

Active recording of calls generated via Broadsoft channels integrated into Cisco voice and collaboration platforms (Webex Team, Jabber).
